Applications now being accepted for the '24-'25 school year.

1. Complete application.

2. Print Records Request Form and submit to your current school.

3. Mail your $50 application fee (per student) to our address listed below. You may either email your application and mail your application fee, OR, you may mail both your application and application fee to Cascadia Prep.

5. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received both your application and your application fee.

Is there an additional expense for the college credits?

Your Cascadia Prep tuition covers all of your college and high school credits. There is no additional fee associated with receiving your AAOT.

How much are the application and enrollment fees?

The application fee is $50. At this time, we can accept a personal or cashier’s check. We are currently waiving the enrollment fee. See info below.

What happens once you receive my application and application fee?

Once we receive both of your items, we will send you a confirmation email and begin to process your application. Soon after, we will call to schedule an interview for your student. Letters of acceptance will be emailed within two weeks of your interview.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes, we will create a waitlist once our classes reach the maximum of 25 students.

Can my student enroll mid year?

The short answer is yes, we will be able to accept students mid year. However, due to the nature of our program we will be unable to accept students mid semester.

When will our first tuition payment be due?

All initial tuition payments regardless of which payment plan you choose will be due on August 1, 2024. Please see Tuition and Fees for more information.

When will the additional fees be due?

Any book or curriculum fees will be due upon acceptance. Your technology/iPad fee may be paid upfront prior to the first day of school, or paid in monthly installments from August through May.

Is tuition assistance available?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer tuition assistance.

Cascadia Prep has a $300 enrollment fee. However, at this time we are happy to waive that fee as a thank you to our founding families.
