We Are The Timberwolves,

a community built on relationships.

At Cascadia, relationships are at the heart of our education. We believe that a fulfilling and joyful life is rooted in giving and receiving grace within our community. Here, we truly know one another and are known. Together, we learn, grow in faith, participate in events, and share life’s moments. These shared experiences foster personal growth, preparing students to bring their virtues to the broader world.

Events

Cascadia is a campus with vibrant student life and events happening throughout the year. Some of these events include the All-School Retreat, Color Olympics, dances, pep rallies, First Friday, Friendsgiving, and many more! These activities are not only fun but also provide opportunities for students to challenge themselves, explore personal and spiritual growth, and build strong relationships with peers and teachers. As Cascadia is an emerging school, students are invited to help create new traditions and events.

The students at Cascadia embrace the motto “work hard, play hard, and pray hard.” Faculty and administration collaborate with families and the local community to reinforce values and continue meaningful conversations about life, modeling joy-filled lives.

Associated Students (AS)

Associated Students (AS), Cascadia’s student government, plays a crucial role in leading the student body toward fulfilling the school mission and creating vibrant campus life events. Members of AS are responsible for representing student interests, organizing activities, fostering school spirit, and promoting community engagement. They work diligently to ensure that every student has a voice and that campus life is dynamic and inclusive.

Weekly Gathering

Our weekly gathering brings together our entire community an all school meeting and chapel each week. During these meetings, our Associated Students and faculty deliver school-wide announcements and promote upcoming Timberwolf pep rallies, news, and events. In addition, chapel is intentionally curated with music and messages that allow students an opportunity to worship, hear biblical teachings, and experience the love of God’s community.

Color Olympics

The Color Olympics is a new tradition at Cascadia we are excited to launch at Cascadia! New students and staff will be drafted into one of our four Color Teams—Red, Blue, Yellow or Green—during the annual Color Team Draft at the start of the school year. Soon after, they will attend the All-School Retreat, where teams compete in various activities and competitions, fostering community among students, staff, and faculty.

The leading Color Team will proudly hoist their flag at the end of each phase of the competition, proudly displaying their flag in the Wolf Den Student Union. Our founding students will help shape and create this year long event!

Color Teams embody our commitment to building relationships and creating lasting memories. Good luck, Timberwolves, and may the best Color Team win!
